Privacy
StudentFlow is a product of 123TEQ. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with the information you share on studentflow.social. We keep it minimal on purpose.
What we collect
- What you tell us. When you ask us to build your first week of posts, we collect what you type into the form — your studio name, email, Instagram handle (if you give one) and what you teach — plus basic technical details of the request (IP address, browser user-agent, referring page). That's it; there's no account to create.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to see which pages and buttons get used in aggregate. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't follow you across sites, and doesn't build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry and set up your first week of posts, and to understand how this page is used so we can improve it. The lawful basis is your request to us.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
- We don't post anything, anywhere, on your behalf without your approval.
How it's shared
Your enquiry reaches us by email through our email provider (Resend). We don't pass it on beyond that. If you go on to use the StudentFlow product, any class footage and student information is handled under the separate agreement we set up with your studio — not through this website.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're in touch about your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see or delete anything we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@studentflow.social.
