These plain-language terms cover your use of the studentflow.social website and trying StudentFlow for free. StudentFlow is a product of 123TEQ LLC. By using the site or trying the product, you agree to what's below.

Trying it free

• You sign up, upload some class footage, and StudentFlow builds finished posts from it, in your brand.
• Trying it is free and needs no credit card. What we make is yours to keep and post, whether or not you continue with us.
• If you like it, we'll get in touch about paying. Nothing is charged unless you agree to it.
• We may decline or limit a free trial where it isn't a fit (for example, footage we can't use).

Your footage and content

• You own the footage you upload and the posts we create from it. We claim no ownership of, or rights in, either, beyond the permission to use your footage to make your posts.
• We use your footage only to make your posts. Nothing is published anywhere without your approval. We don't sell it, share it with another studio, or use it in our own advertising without your permission.
• Each studio's footage is kept separately, and no other studio can see it.
• You can delete your studio at any time, from Settings › Team in the app, or by asking us. Your footage and everything made from it are deleted with it, and we email you when it's done. Database backups taken before then still hold your studio's records, not its footage, and are never restored into StudentFlow.
• You're responsible for having the right to use your footage — including the consent of people who appear in it. Please don't upload footage you don't have permission to use.

Results

Marketing results vary by studio, offer, area and timing. We don't guarantee a specific number of enquiries or new students, and we won't pretend to. We'll show you what's actually working.

If you continue

If you decide to keep using StudentFlow, the subscription terms (price, billing, cancellation) are set out separately and shared with you before you pay anything. Any ad spend runs from your own Meta account and card — we never hold your money.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse it. We may suspend access if it's abused.

Liability

The site and the free trial are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
