The question an agency usually cannot answer is the one that matters: which post brought which student through the door. Most report clicks, reach and leads. A lead is not a person in your class.
That gap is not a criticism of agencies. Attribution from an ad to a person in a room needs a landing page, a capture step and a report tied to the exact post, built once and run every week. Few retainers include it, and fewer studios ask.
