Your best marketing is already on your phone.
StudentFlow turns the class footage you already shoot into polished posts and ads in your brand — and turns those into new students through your door. You approve with a tap. That's the whole job.
For class-based studios — dance, swim & aqua fitness, yoga, martial arts, gyms, kids' programs.
Your first week of posts, free: upload your own footage and the engine builds them — you approve with a tap. Keep them even if you don't stay. No card required.
You already have the footage. What you don't have is the hour per post.
Class studios live or die on full classes — but marketing them is a second job nobody signed up for.
per post, done yourself
Scrubbing footage, cutting clips, writing captions. That's why the camera roll fills up while the feed goes quiet.
for an agency to do it
Plus ad spend — usually with generic creative, opaque reporting, and no idea whether anyone actually walked in.
for "AI content" tools
Stock clips, fake avatars, generic captions. Plausible content — but nothing that looks like your studio, and no students to show for it.
Send footage. Approve words. Watch who walks in.
Three steps, a few minutes a week. The technology stays out of your way — real people are the hero.
Send your footage
Film your class like you already do, and drop the files in from your phone. StudentFlow finds the best moments inside every video — the energy, the faces, the splash — and shows you only those.
Approve the words
A finished post arrives — your best moments cut into one short video, with words in your voice on top and a caption ready to paste. Edit anything, or tap "Generate another" until it sounds like you.
Post — and see who came
Download and post it yourself in two taps, or let StudentFlow run it as an ad on your own Meta account. Either way, every new student traces back to the exact clip and words that brought them in.
Your words, on your video — live.
This is the actual editing experience. Type into the fields, or switch the message style — the post updates as you write. No blank page, no design tools, nothing to learn.
In the product, this preview is your actual class video — and every edit quietly teaches StudentFlow how you like to sound.
People don't join advertisements. They join rooms full of people like them.
That's why StudentFlow never uses stock clips, AI avatars, or generated people. Your real classes — the faces, the energy, the imperfect authenticity — are the one thing no competitor and no AI can copy.
Feeds are drowning in generated sameness — avatars, stock clips, template graphics. A real room, real members, a real splash: that's the content that makes someone stop and think "that could be me."
We only publish numbers we can stand behind. Your first week of posts exists so you can see what your own footage does on your own account — that's the only stat that matters.

Your footage is the moat
Anyone can generate a plausible video. Nobody else can film Tuesday's class. The thing that makes your marketing work is the thing only you have.
- 🛟
Owner-safe by construction
Nothing goes out without your tap. Every word is editable before it's burned onto the video. No freeform AI surprises in your name — you stay in charge of your brand.
- 📈
It learns what fills your classes
Every approval and every edit quietly teaches the engine your taste and your voice — so next week's posts start closer to right.
Everything between the camera roll and the classroom.
Finds your best moments
Every video you add is analysed for energy, faces and movement. You review 12-second moments, never 2-minute shaky files.
Cuts finished videos
Your chosen moments become one fast-moving short video — framed vertical, branded with your colours and logo, built for sound-off feeds.
Words in your voice
Headlines and captions drafted for each post's goal — welcome first-timers, bring-a-friend — with everything editable, live on the video.
Captions, ready to paste
Every post ships with its caption, hashtags and your call-to-action. Two taps from download to your Instagram.
Every format made for you
9:16 for Reels and Stories, 4:5 for the feed — same post, both files, no cropping in some other app.
A posts timeline, not a to-do list
Every post you make, its status and its alternates in one place — so your feed never quietly dies again.
Paid ads on your own account
when you're readyWhen you're ready, the same posts run as Meta ads from your own account and card — we never hold your money.
Landing pages & lead capture
when you're readyCampaign landing pages with a low-commitment ask, plus reminder emails that keep a nervous first-timer's courage up.
Proof in your language
when you're readyNot clicks — people through the door. Every new student traces back to the exact clip and words that brought them, in a weekly report in plain language.
Agency outcome. Software price. Proof neither can give you.

Asked by every studio owner so far.
I'm not a marketer and I don't have time to learn a tool.
That's the design brief. Your whole job is: send footage, tap approve, tweak a word if you feel like it, post. There is no timeline editor, no design canvas, no prompt box. Owners typically clear their week's marketing in the gap between two classes.
What if my footage is shaky, vertical, or filmed on an old phone?
Perfect — that's what real class footage looks like. StudentFlow finds the best 10–20 second moments inside your videos and only ever uses those. Shaky openings and dead air never make the cut. And real, imperfect class footage is exactly what feels human in a feed full of generated content — that's the point.
I don't really film my classes — how much footage do I need?
Less than you think — your phone's camera roll is plenty. Three to five clips of any quality is enough to build your first week; they don't need to be good, just real. If you have nothing yet, film one class this week: one phone, one take, propped on a chair at the back of the room. That's the whole ask.
Do I need my students' permission to use class footage?
Yes — and we make it easy to do right. Uploads include a simple consent step, most studios add a line to their waiver, and you approve every post before it exists publicly. You can also tag specific people as "never use".
What about music rights?
Handled. If your classes run on commercial music we can't licence, your videos are built silent and designed for sound-off feeds — which is how most people scroll anyway. Studios with usable audio can have it, and every ad stays rights-clean.
Will it sound like me, or like a robot?
It drafts; you decide. Every headline and caption is editable right on the video, and "Generate another" gives you a different take in one tap. Your edits quietly teach it your style, so drafts start closer to your voice every week. Nothing is ever published that you didn't approve word-for-word.
Do I have to run paid ads?
No. Plenty of studios use StudentFlow purely for organic posting — finished Reels and feed posts, captions included. When you want to grow faster, the same posts can run as Meta ads from your own ad account, and that's when the students-through-the-door measurement really shines.
Why Facebook & Instagram first — what about TikTok?
Because that's where people book local classes. Meta's ads are the one reliable way to reach strangers near your studio by area and age, and Instagram Reels give your real footage a shot at free discovery too. It's a deliberate choice, not a limitation — we go where the bookings already happen. TikTok comes later, once the loop is proven and there's a reason to add a lane.
How long until I see new students?
Honestly: your first posts go out in week one, so your feed comes alive straight away. New students are slower — people discover you, think about it, then show up over the following weeks, and the attribution back to the exact post builds as that happens. We won't promise overnight numbers; we'll show you what's working as it does.
What does it cost after the first week?
$19/month per studio — one flat subscription, priced like software, not like the $1,000+/month agencies charge for the same outcome. Ad spend (if you run ads) goes straight from your own Meta account; we never touch it. Cancel any time; everything already created is yours to keep.
Does it replace my booking system or CRM?
No — deliberately. StudentFlow's one job is getting new people through your door and proving it. New leads hand off cleanly to whatever you already use (Mindbody, Glofox, GoHighLevel, a spreadsheet). We're the top of your funnel, not another system of record.
Every class you teach this week is a post you didn't have to make.
Sign up, upload your footage, see your first week of posts. Then decide.
